Important Information Regarding DND

By subscribing to SCS, you give us permission to send messages and initiate voice calls to your registered mobile
number, even if the number is registered in the fully or partially blocked category of the NCPR
(National Consumer Preference Register).

If your case appears with a name not registered with us, you will only be notified on a “best effort” basis.
For example, if you register the search: Aalok Sharma, and the case appears with the lawyer name Alllaiok Sharma,
you won’t be notified. Please be careful while filing your cases at the high court.

Messages will only be sent when the list has been uploaded to the high court website. If the high court web
server is down, messages won’t be sent for that day.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services and the site (scsapp.in)
are provided by MR SOFTWARES on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No representations or
warranties, expressed or implied, are made with respect to the Services, the Site, or its contents,
including, without limitation:

  • The Services will meet your requirements;
  • The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
  • Any results obtained from using the Services will be accurate, complete, or current.

You acknowledge that the allocation of risk in these terms reflects the price paid for the Services and that
it is not within the control of MR SOFTWARES how or for what purposes the Services are used.

Limitation of Liability

MR SOFTWARES shall have no liability to the Client for any loss arising from any material, data, or instructions
supplied by the Client that are incomplete, inaccurate, or in the wrong form, or for non-arrival of any data.
MR SOFTWARES is not responsible for any delay, malfunction, or other degradation in performance caused by changes
or modifications requested by the Client.

If any Services are unavailable, MR SOFTWARES will use reasonable endeavors to repair and reinstate the service
depending on the severity of the failure. MR SOFTWARES shall not be liable for any:

  • Economic loss of any kind;
  • Loss of profit, business, or anticipated savings;
  • Damage to the Client’s reputation or goodwill;
  • Loss resulting from any claim made by a third party;
  • Special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage.

Force Majeure

MR SOFTWARES shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control,
such as government acts, war, strikes, technical failures, power failure, or natural emergencies.

You acknowledge that these terms and conditions are a material part of MR SOFTWARES’ decision to provide the
Messaging Center service. MR SOFTWARES reserves the right to amend this policy from time to time at its discretion.
If any substantial changes are made, we will notify you by posting the changes here.
